Red Velvet Cupcakes - Recipe and Design

The following is my recipe for red velvet:

2 cups flour
1 stick butter
I cup milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar

Here is how you put the recipe together.

Step One: Preheat oven to 350

Step Two: Mix dry ingredients

Butter cream cupcakes

The following is the best recipe I have ever used to make Butter Cream cupcakes:

2 cups flour
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbl vanilla
